Return Policy

We design EnduraFit® products to bring quality and performance to your life. We feel our customer service should be no different. If you feel the need to return an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Exchanges may be made for the same item in a different size or color only.

We reserve the right to limit returns.

Custom orders may not be returned unless a defect by the manufacturer has been made. Proper written authorization must be attained to qualify a return on custom orders.

Return Procedures:

  • Request a return form either by phone or email(return forms will be sent via email, fax, or US Mail request).
  • Pack your return with a completed return form including original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.
  • Pack your return in original package (if possible)
  • Please note we will not accept hand deliveries

Important notes:

  • We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries
  • You must include a return address. Any package received without a return address on the outside will not receive credit for a return, and EnduraFit, LLC will not replace the contents of the package.
  • All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase (credit card, paypal, etc).
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable
