EnduraFit Return Policy

We design EnduraFit® products to bring quality and performance to your life. We feel our customer service should be no different. If you feel the need to return an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange (unworn and unwashed) within 30 days from ship date. After 30 days, merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange at 75% of the purchase price. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Exchanges may be made for items of equal or lesser value only.

We also reserve the right to limit returns based on, but not limited to, the timliness of the return relative to an event (if applicable), damage to product caused by make-up, deoderant and other stains caused by the customer.

Custom orders may not be returned unless a defect by the manufacturer has been made. Proper written authorization must be obtained to qualify a return on custom orders.  Dated merchandise is included in this category.  If we have a suitable replacent in stock, we will exchange, but we will not necessarily reprint or embroider a garment if a customer ordered the wrong size.

Return Procedures:

  • Request a return form either by email(return forms will be sent via email, fax, or US Mail request).
  • Pack your return with a completed return form including original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.
  • Pack your return in original package (if possible)
  • Please note we will not accept hand deliveries

Important notes:

  • We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries
  • You must include a return address. Any package received without a return address on the outside will not receive credit for a return, and EnduraFit, LLC will not replace the contents of the package.
  • All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase (credit card, paypal, etc).
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
  • All refunds may be subject to a restocking fee based on, but not limited to, the condition in which the return is received, the timeliness in which the return is received
